HSS UK bring together (Sangathan) the community through Shakha / Balagokulam to spread knowledge and health. Above all, to bring out the Shakti in you!

I see the post, and ready to host
The plan we make, whatever it might take
We get the gist, and prepare the list
Until the weather, Can't be a bother!
Weather proof shoe, sock, trousers, coats, coats n more coats.
we've got what we need, all for a good deed. (Sewa UK)
With the Josh place, we were at a pace!
We tested our gear, if it's fit for the weather,
we were a team, with a common theme (Sewa UK)
But the team 'dinner', was truly a winner
Late in the night, with Ben Nevis in sight
We went to sleep, for the alarm to beep.
While in the deep, I heard a something creep,
It was still half past four, who dared to knock the door!
It was time to creep, to stop the beep...
snoozed the clock and back to dock!
It was four thirty FIVE, could hear the bees in HIVE
The JOSH was HIGH and so was I!
Sangh was ahead, one fully washed to the HEAD!
I had a plan, we were a clan!
we cooked, we packed, we dressed
Sangathan at work, we need no perk
We prayed for the gods, to protect us from all odds
(Vakrathunda Mahakaya, suryakoti samaprabha. Nivirghnam Kuru Me Deva, Sarva Karyesu Sarvada)
At Fifteen past Six, the seat belt clicks
At Five past Ten, we were in path to the Ben
We were a Sangh, Mitheel, Shiva and Rupen
Nothing could stop until we hit the top
We had no hunger, we had no Pain,
Stones, steps, wind and Rain all tried, in vain.
Packed in layers of coat, it was so hot
Until we hit a height, which was a cooler spot
This was fun on the Ben, while you see some of them RUN.
The path is safe, for everyone to join
while some have trekked, dressed just on loin!
with the views lovely, it's all about seeing and breathing.
Soon you'll be in the clouds, very soothing.
There are always fellow trekkers going up and down
From dawn till late sundown!
It's now you streak, until the peak!
It's so cold, it's so bleak
There you are, on the Mountain Peak!
There you GO I Thought, It's THE moment of your life!
Made only better, by sudden call from your pretty wife!
This was a June, on the Moon!
we came to live our Junoon!
This wasn't the end
I take with me a new Friend!
